By purchasing or using EduNexus, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Upon purchase, Epex Logics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EduNexus on a single domain (per license) in accordance with the plan you purchased. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.
Each plan has defined limits for branches and students. You agree not to circumvent these limits through technical means. Exceeding limits may result in license suspension until you upgrade.
Free updates are provided as defined by your plan (monthly for Starter/Professional, weekly for Enterprise). Updates are delivered via your account at license-edunexus.epexlogics.com. Major version upgrades that require database migrations may require a separate upgrade fee.
Support is provided for 6 months from purchase date via email at support@epexlogics.com or through the contact form. Extended support packages can be purchased separately through license-edunexus.epexlogics.com.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. To request a refund, contact us at support@epexlogics.com with your license key and a detailed description of the problem. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests after the package has been downloaded.
EduNexus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Epex Logics does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from use of the software.
In no event shall Epex Logics be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EduNexus.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
